My passion for employment candidate coaching started when I was in junior high. My dad hit a rough patch after serving in the Marines, then as a recruiter for the National Guard, and as Deputy Sheriff. After those commitments, my dad had a difficult time finding a job. By the time I was a junior in high school my dad was working in Alaska to support his family, who were still living in Washington State. Witnessing this I now know, first hand, the importance of a parent having a job and being able to support their family.
My desire is to help job seekers find a job. I have over 12 years of Human Resource and Recruiting experience. Let me teach you the information you need to succeed, information that comes from the interviewer’s prospective.
